These Terms and Conditions apply to all work undertaken by abdull25.com and form the basis of our agreement with every client.
1. Fees and Payment Terms
- A 50% advance payment of the total agreed project fee is required before work commences.
- The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the project and client approval.
- Work will not continue unless payments are made as agreed.
- The advance deposit is refundable only if abdull25.com fails to deliver the project as agreed. No refund is available once development work has begun and the client chooses to withdraw.
2. Client Materials
- Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (e.g., images, logos, text, branding elements).
- Delays caused by late delivery of materials may extend the project timeline.
- If required materials are not provided, abdull25.com may source them and invoice the client accordingly.
3. Revisions
- A reasonable number of revisions are included.
- Major design changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees at $30 per hour.
4. Refunds
- If applicable, refunds will be processed within 30 business days of a mutually agreed resolution.
5. Project Delays & Client Responsibility
- Deadlines are based on timely cooperation and feedback from the client.
- Clients should appoint a point of contact to streamline approvals and communication.
6. Approval of Work
- Clients have 7 days after delivery to review and request revisions.
- If no feedback is provided within 7 days, the work will be deemed approved, and the remaining balance will be due.
7. Rectification Approvals
- If a client does not raise valid concerns about rectifications within the agreed timeframe, the work will be considered approved, and payment will become due.
8. Ownership of Client Materials
- Clients must ensure they own or are licensed to use all materials provided to abdull25.com (logos, trademarks, images, etc.).
9. Licensing
- Full licensing and ownership rights are granted only after all outstanding payments are cleared.
10. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- abdull25.com will perform SEO in line with industry standards but does not guarantee specific rankings on search engines.
11. Limitation of Liability
- abdull25.com is not liable for any consequential losses or damages resulting from delays, performance issues, or project outcomes.
12. Subcontracting
- abdull25.com may engage subcontractors to complete aspects of the project.
13. Privacy & Confidentiality
- abdull25.com and its subcontractors agree to maintain the confidentiality of client information.
14. Additional Expenses
- Any additional costs (templates, plugins, third-party apps, stock images, hosting, domains, etc.) will be invoiced separately if required.
15. Backups
- Clients are responsible for maintaining project backups after handover.
- abdull25.com is not liable for data loss once the license and control have been transferred.
16. Domains & Hosting
- Access to domains and hosting will only be provided once all dues are paid in full.
17. Browser Compatibility
- Projects are developed for compatibility with major browsers and devices.
- If compatibility issues arise, suitable alternatives will be provided.
18. E-Commerce Projects
- Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and product-related requirements.
- abdull25.com and its subcontractors are not liable for claims, penalties, or losses related to e-commerce operations.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging abdull25.com for services, the client acknowledges and accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.
